我校食品與生物工程系教師林真博士于2016年9月-2017年9月赴加拿大訪學(xué),,期間完成的論文“Potential for Value-Added Utilization of Bamboo Shoot Processing Waste—Recommendations for a Biorefinery Approach”于2018年5月在“Food and Bioprocess Technology”刊物上發(fā)表,。
該刊物為SCI收錄刊物,,影響因子IF=2.576,中科院分區(qū)為2區(qū),。實現(xiàn)了我校在SCI收錄刊物零的突破。為我校爭得了榮譽(yù),,也展示了我校綜合教學(xué),、科研水平。
